THE ‘OUTSOURCE’ CULTURE

‘Company culture’ is the personality of a company, which encompasses a variety of elements under its umbrella including work environment, company vision, mantra, values, behaviours, ethics, expectations, and goals.

At outsource financial our culture has been built around the foundations of our uniqueness as an aggregator company within this industry. As outsource is not owned by a banking institution, wealth management group or an insurance body, we have the flexibility to build our culture around what our Members value and what will most benefit their business strategy and aspirations.

 

VISION

To be the trusted professional business partner dedicated to supporting finance industry professionals grow multi-faceted businesses.

The outsource financial team has been providing lending services to professional groups for over 15 years. We are not owned by a banking institution, wealth management group or an insurance body and therefore have no ties to a particular product or loan provider; being one of the few Aggregators who is still independently owned and operated.

We effectively want to be your partner in lending and our flexible business model means Members can choose to be a referrer, accredited mortgage consultant or a combination of both. No matter the choice, our team will assist and support industry professionals to grow a successful multi-faceted business.

Here at outsource financial, we conduct workshops / seminars on topics that will assist our Members in their day to day business life, best practice and company growth. We also want to assist in strengthening our partner companies by ensuring our Members and their staff, are consistently exposed to topical sessions such as business planning, marketing and business coaching.

Education is Empowerment

outsource financial strongly believes in the power of education and continual development. Our professional development programs help our Members to build a multi-faceted business and deliver quality credit advice to clients. This keeps our Members on top of industry changes in a dynamic environment. Some of the educational events which we provide include:

Coffee Clusters – Held regularly in each major capital city to provide an intimate learning environment where by Members can workshop scenarios with their dedicated Business Development Managers from a wide range of Lenders on the outsource panel.

Software Training – Dedicated software training that guides you through the multiple components of our recommended software platform, Symmetry.

Webinars – At outsource we understand that your time is valuable, thereby, all of our Webinars are recorded and these may be viewed at your leisure. Lending Webinars are conducted fortnightly for you to gain additional product knowledge and provide your feedback to the various lenders.

Professional Strategy Days – Held Australia wide, members get to enhance their business skills, receive latest industry information, network and exchange ideas with fellow peers.

Lender Days – Held nationally, members get direct exposure to a wide range of Lenders from our panel, who give a detailed overview of their product suite, niches, and important updates. These sessions provide an ideal forum to network and build strong relationships with Lender Business Development Managers.
